Wired Differently Sensory Seekers CIC was created from lived experience. After being diagnosed with ADHD at 43 and autism at 45, I began to understand that the main challenges were not knowing what neurodivergence was and the environments and expectations around us. For years I had been navigating spaces that were never designed for the way my brain works. Wired Differently Sensory Seekers CIC was founded to change that. Through sensory aware environments, education, events and practical resources, the aim is to help schools, workplaces and communities better understand neurodivergence and make simple adaptations so people feel supported, included and able to participate fully.
