Process:

  1. Initial consultation via email to understand your needs.

  2. Complete an in-depth online assessment about your business.

  3. We review your responses and craft a bespoke guide.

  4. Receive a clear, detailed and actionable PDF report with practical steps to implement.

  5. 14-day follow-up support to address any additional questions.

3. On-Site Audit & Action Plan – £295

A full visit to your business (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire) including:

  • A detailed assessment of your current setup

  • A walk through of your spaces

  • Meeting with staff members

  • A personalised action plan outlining necessary adaptations

  • Clear explanations of the why behind each recommendation

  • A Wired Differently Sensory Seekers Champion Certificate (if a sufficient number of suggestions are implemented)

Process:

  1. Initial consultation by email to discuss your environment and goals.

  2. On-site visit to assess the space, meet staff and observe workflows (maximum of 2 hours on site included in this package with additional hours being charged as extra).

  3. Comprehensive evaluation and tailored action plan development.

  4. Delivery of your personalised report with practical next steps.

  5. 28-day follow-up support to ensure smooth implementation.

4. Full Consultancy & Workshop Package – £495

Includes everything in the On-Site Audit & Action Plan package (£295), plus:

  • A personalised and branded workshop that your business personally delivers to staff covering:

    • Common misconceptions

    • The strengths neurodivergent individuals bring

    • Best practices for support and inclusivity

    • Practical strategies to improve communication and workplace dynamics

  • Please ask for a quote for somebody to deliver the workshop if you feel you do not wish to run the session.

  • A business toolkit including:

    • A one-hour workshop presentation (PowerPoint or PDF format) to be delivered internally at your convenience

    • Printable resources to reinforce learning

    • Feedback forms to measure impact

    • Quizzes and interactive elements for engagement

  • A Wired Differently Sensory Seekers Champion Certificate (if a sufficient number of suggestions are implemented)

Process:

  1. Preliminary consultation via email to identify key challenges and goals.

  4. Provision of the workshop materials for your business to deliver at a suitable time following all other materials being sent. This will be branded as you speak on behalf of your business.
