Lemon Balm and Lion's Mane Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 lemonbalm and lion's mane teabag
- 1 cup of hot water (about 200°F or 93°C)
- Optional: honey, lemon, or your choice of sweetener
Instructions:

Boil Water: Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds to a minute to reach the ideal temperature for herbal tea.

Steep the Teabag: Place the lemon balm teabag in a cup and pour the hot water over it.

Steeping Time: Allow the tea to steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your taste preference. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavour.

Remove the Teabag: After steeping, remove the teabag from the cup.
